Payment and security: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards,  and prepaid cards for payments on our website. All of these payments are processed in a secure manner, and the site complies with all applicable practices, including SSL certificates.

Payment Deducted but Order Confirmation Not Received: This occurs when the customer accidentally hits Back or Refresh after validating the payment, or when the network connection is reset. It's possible that the payment will be processed, but our system won't store any information about the order. This can be resolved very easily. You can send an email with a link to the product you wanted to buy, the amount paid, and when it was paid. Our team will manually create the order, and you'll get a confirmation.

Multiple times charged for the same order: Within 48 hours of the payment, these issues typically resolve automatically. If that doesn't happen, you can send us an email with the details of multiple transactions, and we'll work with the payment partner to get the extra money back.
